Therapeutic Massages

The following are protocols created and tailored towards achieving a therapeutic outcome.

MUSCLE MATRIX MANAGEMENT:

Focuses on addressing pain or specific soft tissue dysfunctions that impair quality and range of movement. Muscle Matrix Management can detect and engage with underlying dysfunctions, providing targeted relief. Techniques are applied to alleviate specific issues and enhance mobility.

ACTIVE RECOVERY:

Boosts circulation after strenuous physical activity using a variety of pressures. Unlike Muscle Matrix Management, ActiveRecovery does not engage with soft tissue dysfunctions. Instead, it focuses on enhancing circulation after intense physical exertion with the use of additional adjuncts such as cupping and TENS. Relaxation is not its primary objective, although it is entirely possible to feel relaxed.

NEUROMUSCULAR LIMBERING:

Focuses on using more neuromuscular techniques such as PNF and AIS to improve range of motion after warming up the targeted muscle groups. This variant employs specialized methods to enhance flexibility and mobility, with a focus on neuromuscular pathways. The techniques are applied after careful muscle warm-up, ensuring a scientific and precise approach to increasing range of motion.

Tranquil Heal:

Promotes circulation of blood and lymph following surgery, primarily using Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) techniques. Tranquil Heal may include effleurage if indicated, ensuring a gentle and soothing approach to aid in the healing process after surgical interventions. It is also one of the lightest and relaxing experiences often sought out.

FlexoHarmony:

Blends passive stretching into a relaxing massage using long strokes, similar to Thai. FlexoHarmony aims to improve flexibility and enhance range of motion through gentle stretching movements, creating a serene and harmonious experience.
